What is a Job Board?
A job board is an online platform where companies post vacancies and potential candidates search for jobs. Examples of these include Monster, Total Jobs, CV Library and Jobsite.
These companies charge several hundred pounds (per board) to post your job. They?re all fantastic companies to work with and spend millions of pounds each on marketing to draw in potential candidates. As we buy job credits from each of them in bulk at a discounted rate, we?re able to create job campaign packages and post your job to all of them at once, whilst saving you money.
What happens if I put up an advert and get no response?
We take on an agency role and do everything we can to fill that role for you. This means scouring through our previous candidates and seeing if any match your job specification.
Do you take a percentage of the candidates salary?
No, we charge a one off fee to post your job advert across 1000+ job boards, giving you maximum exposure without hidden costs.
Are you an Agency?
No, we provide a similar service at a much smaller fee.

Do I have to use all of my campaign credits at once?
We offer huge discounts when you buy multiple job posts. This doesn?t mean that you have to use them all at once. We allow you to roll job credits forward for up to three years after purchasing them.
When do I pay? And how?
We charge a one off up front fee to optimise your job specification and post it across all of the job boards we work with. We then manage the rest of the process for you. This way, we don?t take a huge percentage on top of the candidates salary following a placement. Our transparent, flat rate method of recruitment saves customers thousands compared to traditional agencies.

No, there are no hidden charges.
How long do the campaigns last?
This depends on the job board we post to. On average, your job is live for 28 days.
